We all need help and support when life gives us more than we can handle.  We all need a reason to get up in the morning (purpose). We all need a support network of people we care about and who care about us (loving relationships).  We all need something to look forward to (fun, adventure, and sense of peace). ASKING FOR HELP IS A SIGN OF STRENGTH AND SHOWS A DESIRE FOR WELLNESS. I can offer that support.

I use the skills I have gained from my life experiences and my professional training to help you gain resilience skills and adjust to changes and losses in your life. I have helped people with mood problems and anxiety disorders which are often worsened by substance abuse.  From my own experience I have helped people heal from past trauma.  I CAN HELP YOU IMPROVE YOUR LIFE!

A Unique Model for Giving Back: The Therapist Group has an enduring commitment to providing outstanding counseling services to uninsured families and individuals. Each year, The Therapist Group trains and supervises more than 20 graduate level therapists from 6 universities throughout Colorado.
