Experiencing emotional pain, and reaching out for help, can be a difficult experience. Life offers many changes and challenges that we are bound to experience at some time in our lives. I would love to work with you and help find a path through, and develop the strength needed, to overcome the challenges you are experiencing! I would like to use the therapeutic experience to help bring you peace, strength, growth, and effective ways to cope.

I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and seniors going through life transitions, depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, issues with grief and loss. I like to use a warm, authentic, humorous, and interactive style in my sessions.  I am also certified instructor for Mental Health First Aid courses and have certified many Mental Health First Aiders over the course of three years.

I understand that reaching out for help is not easy, but as a team – we will overcome it!
