Clare Carr has spent the past 25 years caring for people through her work as Spiritual Director for churches in Colorado Springs and Denver. She holds a BS in Child Development from CSU, an MA in Theological Studies from St. Meinrads in Indiana and an MA in Counseling from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. Clare practices cognitive- behavioral therapy, and uses EMDR for trauma, professional enhancement and reduction of cravings in cases of substance abuse.

She holds Level II certification in EMDR and is a certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAC II). She works with individuals in the process of recovery and in decision making and trauma.

We do this by partnering with Maria Droste Services of Colorado, a not-for-profit whose mission is to provide quality mental health care to all Denver-area residents. Each year, The Therapist Group trains and supervises more than 20 graduate level therapists from 6 universities throughout Colorado.
