More than ever before, stress has become an impairment that upsets all other areas of functioning in our lives. I can help you develop ways to reduce that stress and the impact and burden of life transitions and relationships that have become overwhelming. These burdens create disconnection, loneliness, and unexpressed anger, often resulting in depression and anxiety. Together we can develop a trusting relationship in therapy where change can occur. I offer a short and free consultation to answer any questions you may have before scheduling an appointment.

A Unique Model for Giving Back: The Therapist Group has an enduring commitment to providing outstanding counseling services to uninsured families and individuals. We do this by partnering with Maria Droste Services of Colorado, a not-for-profit whose mission is to provide quality mental health care to all Denver-area residents. Each year, The Therapist Group trains and supervises more than 20 graduate level therapists from 6 universities throughout Colorado.
